London Mutual Credit Union - Notice history

We need to carry out essential maintenance between 04:00am and 12:00 noon this Sunday, 26 November.

During this period, our online banking and mobile app will be unavailable, and you will be unable to sign into your account, view your balance, or make payments or transfers between accounts.

Payments and transfers due to arrive in your credit union account may also be affected and may be delayed until after the maintenance is completed. Debit cards are unaffected, and you will be able to use your card to make payments in-store or online as normal.

Our online banking services and mobile app will be unavailable for 45 minutes between 5pm and 5:45pm today. During this time, you will be unable to sign in or use these services.

This unplanned maintenance period will enable us to deal with a performance issue which has caused the apps to run slowly or become unresponsive for many users over the afternoon today.

After the maintenance is completed, we expect this service to resume as normal. Any payments or transactions due in or out of your account during the maintenance period are unaffected.
