There is currently a delay in benefits being deposited into savings accounts. This is due to a service outage at the Co-operative Bank, who we work with to provide this service. We are working closely with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible this morning and will post an update here as soon as we have more information.
Benefits paid directly into credit union current accounts (CUCA) are not affected.
