    There is a delay affecting some payments and transfers from your credit union account to external bank or building society accounts.

    Incoming transfers are not affected and are arriving as normal.


    A technical issue on Sunday 31 May caused some payments to be delayed. If you tried to make a payment or transfer over the weekend, it may still be in a queue and may not have yet reached the recipient's account. Payments or transfers requested from your account today may also be taking longer than normal.

    Please do not request the payment again. Sending it a second time could mean it goes out twice. Your original request is in the queue and will be processed.
