    From 04:00 AM till 12:30 PM on Saturday, 9th May, we'll be carrying out an urgent system patch.  During this time, our mobile app/online banking and card services will be disrupted to perform essential system upgrades that help keep your banking secure and running smoothly.

    What this means for you:

    During this maintenance window, you may experience issues logging into the mobile app or online banking, and you may have card transactions decline.  You should be able to spend up to £50 in stores.
