An update on recent payment delays:

We have successfully credited all benefit payments, Faster Payments, and standing orders due on Monday 21st into your savings account. For Tuesday 22nd, only Child Benefit payments have been successfully credited into your account. We are actively investigating the remaining Faster Payments and standing orders due on this day. Our teams are continuing to work through the rest of the payments due on both Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd. The Co-operative Bank is working urgently to resolve this issue, and we will provide further updates as soon as we have more information. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
