    Planned maintenance will be taking place between 12am and 07:30am on 13th November.

    During this period you are likely to experience a delay in receiving funds that you've sent from your credit union account to an external bank account. We recommend that you do not send funds out of your account during this time but if you do, there is likely to be a delay in the funds reaching your external bank account.

    This disruption affects one-off and scheduled payments only. Direct debits and incoming BACS payments (such as your salary or benefits) will be processed as normal. Debit card payments and cash withdrawals are also unaffected.
