    Our payment systems partner, NatWest, will be carrying out a disaster recovery exercise between 1am and 6am on Sunday 26th September.

    During this period you are likely to experience delays in sending and receiving funds in and out of your credit union account. We recommend avoiding sending funds into or out of your account during these times, as payments sent are likely to be delayed.

    This disruption affects one-off and scheduled payments only. Direct debits and incoming BACS payments (such as your salary or benefits) will be processed as normal. Debit card payments and cash withdrawals are also unaffected.
