If you submitted your application after 9 Dec deadline due to the currently high numbers of applications being processed, you are unlikely to receive a decision and payment of your loan before Christmas. Our offices are open on all working days in December, so it is possible you may receive an update between Christmas and New Year.

### Avoiding Delays
To avoid delays in your application and to help us let you know the outcome as soon as possible, please:

- Ensure you have uploaded all requested documents, including payslips and bank statements if requested

- Check your inbox (including your spam/junk folder) for any emails from our team or requests for more information.

- Make sure you read and e-sign the Loan Agreement if you are happy as soon as you receive it-- we can't release the money to you until you have done this.
