We're aware that some outgoing transfers made from last night onwards have been delayed. If you've sent money that hasn't reached the other account yet, we are resolving this now.
This affects money sent out from your London Mutual Credit Union account from last night, overnight and this morning. Some of these payments have not yet arrived at their destination. We've had no reports of problems with money coming in, or with any other service.
Please don't resend the same transfer, as this could mean the payment goes out twice.
